Meyrin: Regus opens two locations
Business center operator Regus has opened two locations in Meyrin (GE): The Hive near Cern and Business Terminal near Geneva Airport.
Demand for co-working in French-speaking Switzerland is growing, says Garry Gürtler, managing director of Regus Switzerland. With Regus and its sister brand Spaces, the company currently has 16 locations in the Lake Geneva region, according to his information.
the goal is to reach 46 by the end of the year.
The Hive location opened in early September in HIAG's eponymous real estate project in Meyrin. The property was built in 1968 and renovated in 2018. The Regus location covers 973 sqm on the second floor of the three-story Hive 1. Geneva Airport is just under five kilometers away, and Cern is in the immediate vicinity.
The Business Terminal location was also opened at the beginning of September and is located at Geneva Airport. Regus occupies around 1,600 square meters on five floors here. In addition to workstations, there are also common areas and conference rooms. (ah)
