Ledermann: New management in office
Thomas Stauber took up his new position as CEO at Ledermann Management in September. He is responsible for implementing the company's development strategy.
In addition to the development and management of its own real estate portfolio, Ledermann will focus on developments for third parties in the future - Ledermann Entwicklung AG (LEAG) is responsible for this.
According to a company statement, the focus is on residential property projects, new-build investment properties and conversion developments for private and institutional investors. Co-investments with third-party investors are also conceivable.
Next to Stauber, who joined Ledermann from Mobimo on September 1Ralf Ditt was appointed as the new Head of Development & Construction in August. According to the press release, he has extensive experience in the development and realization of real estate projects as well as in portfolio management. (ah)
