Facility Management: First Lünendonk list for Switzerland
With a clear lead in domestic sales, ISS is the leading facility services provider in the Swiss market. The next two places are occupied by the Compass Group and Vebego. This is shown by the analysis of the facility service market, which the market research company Lünendonk conducted for Switzerland for the first time this year.
The Lünendonk study will be published on December 22, but some results have already been presented. Part of the study is a ranking of the leading service providers by revenue. This so-called Lünendonk list comprises ten providers that generate more than 50 percent of their revenue with facility services and work predominantly for external customers. The corresponding study included 29 service providers operating in Switzerland - including medium-sized and small companies.
Lünendonk GmbH, based in Mindelheim, Bavaria, investigates and advises companies in the information technology, consulting and services industries throughout Europe. The Market Analyses division has been in charge of the Lünendonk lists and studies, which have served as market barometers since 1983, as well as the entire market observation program. (ah)
