Schaffhausen: New headquarters for TE Connectivity

TE Connectivity has already had its headquarters in Schaffhausen for several years and also operates various locations in Switzerland. As part of a consolidation, around 1,700 sqm at Mühlenstrasse 26 in Schaffhausen has now been rented in a first phase. The previous tenant was the Pentair conglomerate, which relocated its headquarters to Ireland.

The company was represented exclusively by Swiss Commercial Invest in cooperation with CBRE Germany.

TE Connectivity develops, manufactures and markets products for the automotive sector as well as the aerospace, defense systems, telecommunications, computer and consumer electronics sectors. The company employs around 83,000 people and generated sales of $14 billion in 2018. (ah)
