The two adjacent properties are characterized by a central downtown location with good transport links. The buildings are fully let and have a diversified tenant structure. The main tenants of the space totaling just under 13,000 sqm are public authorities, a supermarket chain and a leading company in the packaging industry.

A residential property under construction with ten residential units is also being acquired. Completion and takeover is planned for mid-2016.

"The key factors were the properties' excellent location, good condition and high sustainability standards," says Klaus Kämpf, sustainability specialist at Vescore. "The buildings and tenant structure also contribute to further diversification of the fund portfolio."

Quadoro Doric, as portfolio manager of Vescore Sustainable Real Estate Europe, made this acquisition. (ah)
