CBRE manages Novartis real estate portfolio
The pharmaceutical group Novartis has exclusively commissioned CBRE to provide real estate and facility services for the group's properties.
According to CBRE, the Global Workplace Solutions and Advisory & Transaction Services units will look after the entire real estate portfolio of the Novartis Group. It comprises 6.5 million square meters and spans more than 90 countries and various property types - such as office, laboratory, production and research facilities.
The aim is to help Novartis transform its real estate portfolio, improve "employees' workplace experience" and promote sustainability, CBRE added. The real estate services provider was hired by Novartis through a competitive bidding process. (ah)
