SF Sustainable Property Fund with new portfolio manager

The SF Sustainable Property Fund is getting a new portfolio manager in Nicolas Beutler for the new year. He succeeds Roman Küng.

The current portfolio manager of the SF Sustainable Property Fund, Roman Küng, wishes to reorient himself at his own request, Swiss Finance & Property Funds AG announces.

As his successor, Nicolas Beutler (32) will take over the management of the fund as of January 1, 2020. Beutler, MAS Real Estate Management (IFZ), Bachelor in Business Administration (HWZ), has worked for UBS in Corporate Real Estate since 2007, most recently as portfolio manager with the rank of director for the branch network in the Zurich area.

The SF Sustainable Property Fund invests in real estate and projects throughout Switzerland. According to the fund management, the focus is on properties that can be brought up to the fund's ecological, sociological and economic criteria within around seven years. In the first half of 2019, the market value of the real estate portfolio was over CHF 1 billion. (ah)
