Ostermundigen: Laying of the foundation stone for Belano Zuhause
The foundation stone for the Belano Zuhause development has been laid on the Kästli site in Ostermundigen (BE).
A development with 67 rental apartments is being built on the Kästli site at Grubenstrasse 12. The project is being developed and implemented by the Belano Group on behalf of the Swiss Life Investment Foundation.
The apartments are aimed at senior citizens, couples, families and singles alike. If required, residents can make use of various services, such as Spitex or a medical service, and services such as apartment cleaning or catering can be ordered at the in-house reception. The development also has communal areas: a cafeteria, a studio and a fitness room. The apartments should be ready for occupancy in August 2021.
Belano Zuhause is centrally located in Ostermundigen with public transport connections and within walking distance of shops, service providers, schools, kindergartens and daycare centers.
There are already other Belano developments with the same concept in the Aargau municipality of Berikon and in Grüningen in Zurich. Further projects are under development in Balsthal (SO) and Wohlen (AG). (ah)
