Wüest Partner takes over Durable
The Wüest Partner Group is acquiring Durable, a planning and consulting firm for sustainability issues in the real estate market, effective next year.
Wüest Partner will acquire 100% of the shares in Durable Planung und Beratung GmbH, the company says. The transaction will take the form of an exchange of shares. The founder and current sole owner of Durable, Jörg Lamster, will join the partnership of Wüest Partner.
Durable Planung und Beratung will continue as a subsidiary of Wüest Partner as an independent company, the statement continues. Lamster will remain as Managing Director and Gabriel Dürler as Technical Director.
The consulting company hopes that the merger will strengthen its expertise in sustainability issues throughout the entire life cycle of real estate.
Durable Planung und Beratung, with a current team of five, is active in the fields of sustainability strategies, client consulting, certifications, overall energy concepts, building renovation, building physics and acoustics, as well as building ecology and life cycle assessments, among others.
