Allreal: Starting signal for Bülachguss quarter
Allreal has now submitted the building application for the first project for the planned Bülachguss quarter in Bülach-Nord.
Four apartment buildings with a total of 76 rental apartments are to be built on the 11,250-square-meter Building Area 8 on Fangletenstrasse. The designs for these are by Galli Rudolf Architekten. The investment volume is CHF 38 million.
Construction of the four residential buildings is expected to start in October 2016, depending on the approval process, according to Allreal. After completion in the first half of 2018, Allreal will take over the residential development into its own real estate portfolio.
In Bülach-Nord, Allreal is planning a mixed-use quarter with apartments as well as office and commercial space on two sites with a total of 55,300 sqm. The private design plan "Bülachguss", which is required for the development of the site located directly next to the train station, is in the approval process. (ah)
