Finance and economy writes that Epic Suisse has hired a law firm to prepare the IPO prospectus. The company, meanwhile, only told the paper that it was considering several options for further development.
Epic Suisse was founded in 2004 and invests primarily in office buildings as well as logistics and shopping centers. The company says it pursues a "buy, build and hold" strategy. The company currently holds 24 properties in its portfolio, according to its website. (ah)
