Zurich: PSP project Atmos is fully let
PSP Swiss Property reports full occupancy of its Atmos office building under construction in Zurich West.
On January 30, PSP Swiss Property will celebrate the topping-out ceremony for the new Atmos building, which will be constructed at Hardturmstrasse 181, 183/Förrlibuckstrasse 190 in Zurich West. The office building is scheduled for completion in one year, at the beginning of 2021.
According to the real estate company, the total leasable area of 24,000 sqm has already been let. The anchor tenant with 62% of the space is the Swiss running shoe brand On. Another Swiss company occupies 16% and a technology company 14% of the space, PSP said. Tenants also include architecture firm Monoplan (4%) and restaurant company Roots (3%), it said.
PSP Swiss Property is investing approximately CHF 130 million in the new building, which will comply with the Minergie-P-Eco standard. (ah)
