Steiner Invest buys large project in Geneva

Steiner Investment Foundation has acquired the site for the Swiss Development Residential investment group. It is reportedly located in the middle of the Jardin des Nations, right next to the main building of the Labor Organization and near the United Nations office.

Steiner AG wants to build a mixed-use development there. According to a statement, offices, apartments, stores and service areas are planned. Construction is scheduled to begin in 2024, with completion planned for 2027. (ah)
