QSREE acquires in Denmark
The open-ended special AIF Quadoro Sustainable Real Estate Europe (QSREE) has acquired the mixed-use property Amager Strandvej in Copenhagen.

The seller property was the Danish construction project developer Gefion.
According to a statement by the capital management company, the main building was erected in 1951 and extended by an annex in 1990. It is located on a nearly 12,000-square-meter plot and has 9,300 square meters of rentable space spread over four floors. In addition, there is a basement and 74 parking spaces.
The property is reportedly located in an up-and-coming residential area close to the city in the northeastern part of the island of Amager. Copenhagen's city center can be reached by public transport in seven minutes. Near the property is the recreational area Amager Strandpark.
This is QSREE's third acquisition in Denmark and second purchase in Copenhagen. (ah)
