Zurich: F62 is fully leased
ELCA Informatik has moved its Zurich headquarters to F62 at Flurstrasse 62.
The property on Flurstrasse in Zurich, built in 1969 as the Pirelli House, belongs to the UBS Swissreal real estate fund.
The property has been extensively renovated since May 2018 and repositioned under the F62 label. The property was already leased to ELCA Informatik during the renovation phase. Following completion of the construction work, the company has now moved into its new Zurich headquarters on schedule, UBS says. (ah)
