Edmond de Rothschild REIM: New entry for Real Estate Debt
Edmond de Rothschild Real Estate Investment Management (REIM) strengthens its Real Estate Debt division with Dr. Bernhard Scholz as independent advisor.
Dr. Bernhard Scholz (62) was a member of the Management Board of Deutsche Pfandbriefbank until April 2017, where he was responsible for real estate financing. He is currently a shareholder of the Immobilis Group and a partner at Recon Advisory.
He will now join the Real Estate Debt division of Edmond de Rothschild REIM as an independent advisor, in addition to becoming a member of the Investment Committee of Edmond de Rothschild REIM (Germany), the company says.
Edmond de Rothschild has bundled its European real estate investment management businesses under the Edmond de Rothschild REIM brand. These include the Swiss company Orox, founded in 2007, Cleaveland from France and the Cording Real Estate Group, which is active in the UK, Germany and the Benelux countries. (ah)
