Implenia intends to transfer half of its development portfolio - valued at market prices - to the new Ina Invest AG, the company announced at the presentation of its annual results and has meanwhile also been decided by the General Assembly.

Stefan Mächler, Group CIO of Swiss Life, has been appointed Chairman designate of the Board of Directors of Ina Invest; Swiss Life intends to invest up to 15% in the new company. Implenia is now also filling the operational management positions: Marc Pointet is to lead the operational business of Ina Invest Holding AG and Ina Invest AG as designated Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Implenia announces. Pointet has been working for Mobimo since 2006, and as a member of the Executive Board has been in charge of all activities in western Switzerland since 2013, with responsibility for a portfolio totaling CHF 1 billion.

Pointet studied architecture at the ETH Zurich and initially worked as an architect and project manager in the banking and construction industry. He later completed an Executive MBA HSG at the University of St. Gallen. Mobimo announced in early March that Pointet would leave the company at the beginning of the summer. (ah)
