Immoveris takes over asset management for BASF pension funds

As of May 1, 2020, Immoveris will take over the fiduciary asset management of the real estate portfolio of the pension funds BASF Schweiz AG, Immoveris announced. According to the company, the service provider will be responsible for the development of the real estate portfolio and property strategy, the preparation of potential analyses, budget and multi-year investment planning, owner representation and the management of the external manager, and will report directly to the board of trustees.

Immoveris further announces that Maximilian Hoffmann has taken over the management of the new business unit "Asset Management Services" with locations in Zurich, St. Gallen and Geneva as of April and has become a member of the Executive Board. Hoffmann is a real estate businessman, holds a degree in real estate economics and is a member of the RICS. He will complete his MBA program at the University of St. Gallen (HSG) in summer 2020. (ah)
