More apartment houses for Andermatt Swiss Alps
Andermatt Reuss continues to grow: At the beginning of April, the construction of the apartment houses Arve and Enzian has started. Both houses are being built in a joint venture with the Schmid Group from Lucerne.
The houses Arve and Enzian are being built in the immediate vicinity of Piazza Gottardo. They are very individual in terms of design and interior finishing. The house Arve includes chalet apartments (2.5 and 4.5 rooms, fireplace in the living room); the house Enzian "alpine" apartments (partly with fireplace and sauna).
The handover of the total of 29 apartments to the owners is scheduled for the fall of 2021. According to Andermatt Swiss Alps, two apartments are currently sold and seven others are reserved. Two more houses are in the final planning stage, and construction is expected to start in late summer. Currently, the apartments of nine apartment houses have been handed over to the owners. (bw)
