Immo Helvetic adjusts subscription ratio for issue
Immo Helvetic will carry out its 15th capital increase on April 27. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, fewer shares will be issued than initially planned.

Immo Helvetic now intends to issue up to 200,000 new units; in February, the plan was to double the number of new fund units. The subscription price is CHF 182.00/unit, comprising the net asset value (after distribution), the accrued income, the issue commission and the ancillary costs provided for in the fund contract. The issue therefore has a volume of up to CHF 36.4 million.
The subscription period runs between April 27 and May 8, 2020; existing shareholders can acquire new shares in the real estate fund on the basis of their subscription rights - 23 existing shares entitle them to acquire one new share. New investors can participate in the capital increase via subscription rights trading on SIX. (ah)
