Aathal: Lung clinic rents in the Spinnerei
A lung clinic has opened in the Spinnerei Aathal (ZH), a project of Hiag Immobilien Holding.
According to Hiag, the former chief pneumologist at Wetzikon Hospital and his team have set up a lung clinic with a sleep laboratory on the top floor of the Spinnerei building.
As of April 1, the clinic has leased 674 sq. ft. of space; the space includes treatment rooms, hotel-style bedrooms for monitoring patients and a work area. The lease runs for 20 years, according to Hiag.
With Spinnerei Aathal, the company is developing a 228,000 sqm aareal of former spinning mill sites. The usable floor space comprises 31,000 sqm. The lighthouse project is the former spinning mill building; the first tenants moved in there in 2013. (ah)
