Stäfa: Residential and commercial building changes hands
Walim AG has sold a residential and commercial property in Stäfa (ZH) to the real estate company Rupri Invest. Swiss Commercial Invest (SCI) was in charge of the marketing.
According to a statement by SCI, the property on Bergstrasse in Stäfa is a non-operating property of Walim AG. The company is the real estate company of the traditional Swiss company Walder Schuhe.
Despite the difficult environment, the company succeeded in marketing the property and a building permit for a replacement project, SCI added. The buyer is Rupri Invest AG. The real estate company invests in existing properties in locations close to the city and in the Zurich conurbation. (ah)
