Martin Kaleja becomes CEO of Swiss Prime Site Immobilien
Martin Kaleja, currently CEO of Allianz Suisse Immobilien, will become CEO of Swiss Prime Site Immobilien from 2021. He succeeds Peter Lehmann, who will leave the company at the end of the year.

Martin Kaleja (born 1972, German) will take over his new role in the Swiss Prime Site Group from Peter Lehmann on January 1, 2021, and will become a member of the Group Management of Swiss Prime Site, the real estate company says.
The Board of Directors is delighted to be able to fill this key position with a proven personality. Barbara Frei-Spreiter, Chairwoman of the Nomination and Compensation Committee, describes Kaleja as "the right candidate with ideal qualifications.
Kaleja has been CEO of Allianz Suisse Immobilien AG since the end of 2014 and in this position is responsible for a portfolio of around 300 properties with a market value of over CHF 5 billion. He has worked for the Allianz Suisse Group since 2010. Prior to that, he spent nine years with the Boston Consulting Group in management consulting in various European countries. Between 1992 and 2001, he studied electrical engineering and information technology at the Technical University of Munich, where he also earned his doctorate.
As CEO of Swiss Prime Site Immobilien, Kaleja succeeds Peter Lehmann, who intends to retire from the company at his own request at the end of 2020. However, he will remain available to the Swiss Prime Site Group on a mandate basis, the company says. (ah)
