Delisting of BFW properties approved
The stock exchange supervisory authority has approved the delisting of BFW Liegenschaften and exempted the company from various listing obligations.

The stock exchange regulator SIX Exchange Regulation has granted BFW Liegenschaften AG temporary exemptions from the obligations to maintain its listing. Among other things, the company does not have to publish a semi-annual report or ad hoc disclosures.
In addition, the stock exchange supervisory authority has approved the application of Immobilien-AG for the delisting of all Class A registered shares. The last trading day of the shares and the effective date of the delisting will be determined as soon as the legally binding decision in the cancellation proceedings of the shares still held by the public is available. BFW Holding filed the corresponding action with the Supreme Court of the Canton of Thurgau on April 28, 2020. (ah)
