For Satellite Office, headquartered in Berlin, the Zurich location is the first step into other European countries; there are further business centers in Berlin, Hamburg and Munich. The company's clients include corporations from the pharmaceutical and financial industries, the creative sector and the IT world, as well as wealth advisors, family offices, strategy consultants, lobbyists, actors, presenters and business angels.

The listed Gryffenberg House was built in 1883-1885 by the architect Albert Müller. In the last two years, it has been extensively renovated by PSP Swiss Property according to plans by Spühler Partner Architekten. "On the one hand, our goal was to preserve and refurbish the historic building stock. On the other hand, we were concerned with transferring the property into the 21st century," says Giacomo Balzarini, CFO of PSP Swiss Property. (ah)
