New Managing Director at Dussmann Service Switzerland

Andreas Landbrecht is now responsible for the entire Swiss facility management business of the real estate service provider Dussmann. The 45-year-old graduate engineer has been working in facility management for 21 years and was most recently Executive Consultant at ISS. Earlier in his career, he worked for Gegenbauer and Vebego. In his new function, Landbrecht reports to Artur Sarnecki, Cluster Manager and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dussmann Service Schweiz AG.

Landbrecht cites networking with sister companies already in operation in Switzerland and the acquisition of strategic customers as development goals. "Above all, we want our Swiss customers to benefit from the extensive expertise in technology and integral facility management available throughout the group, with innovative concepts and service solutions over the entire life cycle," he says.

Dussmann Service Schweiz AG is part of the Dussmann Group with headquarters in Berlin. The company has its headquarters in Münchenstein near Basel and locations in Zurich and Lausanne. It offers services for buildings such as cleaning, construction and special cleaning, building services, catering as well as security and reception services. (ah)
