The Raiffeisen Futura Immo Fund has owned the property at Hallwystrasse 71 in Zurich since September 1. The office building is located in the central district of Wiedikon (Kreis 3), which has its own train station and nearby highway access. It is only a 15-minute walk from the main railway station and Paradeplatz and is easily accessible by various forms of public transport; despite its central location, traffic emissions are barely noticeable. The district offers a broad infrastructure and local recreational opportunities.

The building, which was constructed in 1962 and extensively renovated as part of a new lease in 2014/15, has one ground floor, four upper floors and two basement floors, providing a total of 3,034 sqm of office space and 677 sqm of storage space. The property is fully let to the Schweizerische Textilfachschule Genossenschaft on a long-term lease and is used as a technical college/training center. The property is in good condition and offers bright, flexibly divisible and obstacle-free office space. The investment volume is over CHF 30 million. (bw)
