New CEO for SEG Solutions
Deniz Gian Orga is the new CEO of SEG Solutions, part of Procimmo. He has been Managing Director for German-speaking Switzerland since June of this year.
The Board of Directors has appointed Deniz Gian Orga (MRICS) as CEO of the company with immediate effect, SEG Solutions SA announces. Since June 2020, he was responsible for real estate transactions and marketing in German-speaking Switzerland as Managing Director, he now assumes overall responsibility for the company. This means that, in addition to his previous duties, he will also be responsible for marketing and transactions in western Switzerland.
The 42-year-old Orga has been active in the real estate industry in Germany and abroad for many years. Earlier stages of his career included Corestate Capital, Lone Star and Morgan Stanley. Most recently, he was a member of the management team at real estate advisor Immoveris, where he held overall responsibility for the transaction brokerage business as well as real estate consulting.
SEG Solutions SA was founded in 2019 and carries out real estate transactions and marketing mandates on behalf of the real estate funds and vehicles managed by Procimmo in Switzerland and Germany. In addition, the company has opened its marketing business to third parties. The company operates from its offices in Le Mont-sur-Lausanne and Zurich. (ah)
