Züblin: Shareholder group proposes additional Board of Directors
The Board of Directors of Züblin Immobilien Holding is to be expanded. A shareholder group around Wiederkehr Associates AG has applied for the election.
According to a Züblin press release, the shareholder group Ketom, Wiederkehr Associates and Dr. Hans-Rudolf and Ursina Schärli have requested that an extraordinary general meeting be convened. There, the election of an additional board of directors is to be voted on. The group represents shares amounting to 10.21%, according to its last disclosure notice of May this year.
The Board of Directors has set the date for the Annual General Meeting for October 21, 2020 and recommends to approve the election of David Schärli to the Board of Directors. (ah)
