Patrimonium launches Truststone SICAV
Patrimonium Asset Management has launched the new real estate fund Truststone Real Estate SICAV. The fund starts with a real estate portfolio worth CHF 60 million.
The subscription period for Truststone SICAV ran from Sept. 22 to Oct. 2, 2020; now the fund, which is aimed at qualified investors, is launching with equity of CHF 45 million and an initial real estate portfolio of 60 million.
Patrimonium aims to build an investment vehicle with Truststone that invests in the residential segment and also specifically in commercial uses with sustainable returns. "The market offers opportunities that we cannot cover with our existing products. Truststone SICAV offers us new opportunities here" says Patrimonium CEO Christoph Syz.
The launch is being carried out in cooperation with Solufonds as fund management company and Banque Cantonale Vaudoise as custodian bank. (ah)
