Three new additions for 777 Capital Partners
The newly founded real estate investment boutique 777 Capital Partners, based in Baar, is strengthening its personnel. Among others, Michael Qamar, former head of Switzerland at Corestate, joined the company.

The three newcomers are Michael Qamar, Dr. Steffen Meinshausen and Markus Dickopf. Qamar is to head the Investor Relations department and will be responsible for all investor-related activities, from raising capital to investor relations and marketing. Qamar was previously Executive Director of Equity Raising & Investor Relations for Corestate, based in Zurich.
Meinshausen, who will be part of the investment team at 777 Capital Partners responsible for the acquisition process, was most recently vice president of Corestate Capital Group. Dickopf also most recently worked for Corestate. He will cover the acquisition process in the investment team at his new employer.
777 Capital Partners was recently founded by Ralph Winter and Thomas Landschreiber, who, among other things, jointly built up Cerberus Capital's real estate business in Germany and later founded the investment manager Corestate Capital. (ah)
