New Board of Directors at Züblin
David Schärli has been elected to the Board of Directors of Züblin Immobilien Holding by the Extraordinary General Meeting.
According to Züblin Immobilien Holding, 67.7% of the share capital was represented at the Extraordinary General Meeting on October 21, 2020. The election of David Schärli was approved with 91.2%. Schärli, representing the shareholder group Ketom, Wiederkehr Associates and Dr. Hans-Rudolf and Ursina Schärli, will initially serve on the Board of Directors of the real estate company until the next Ordinary General Meeting in 2021.
Schärli (born 1980) has been a partner and managing partner of the Zurich-based investment company Wiederkehr Associates, whose focus is on asset management, direct investments and real estate, since 2011. Since 2014, Schärli has been active as founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Concorde Industries in various Concorde group companies in Switzerland and abroad. (ah)
