Procimmo 2 sells property in Kirchberg
Procimmo Swiss Commercial Fund II has sold a property in Kirchberg (BE) for CHF 3.45 million. The fund is less affected by the Covid 19 pandemic than feared.
According to Procimmo, the property has a land area of 3,113 sqm and leasable space of 1,986 sqm. The sale took place at the beginning of the new financial year on October 1, 2020, it said. The transaction was brokered by Procimmo's sister company SEG Solutions.
The asset manager also provides an update on the potential impact of the Corona pandemic on its funds. Based on the status as of September 30, 2020, it has been shown that the "worst case" scenarios have not occurred and the "base case" scenarios have occurred to a marginal extent for the portfolios with a commercial, logistics and industrial focus.
