Novavest seeks fresh money
Novavest Real Estate carries out a capital increase at the end of November. The issue has a volume of up to CHF 26.3 million.
As Novavest Real Estate AG announces, up to 631,145 new registered shares with a nominal value of CHF 28.55 each shall be issued at a subscription price of CHF 41.70. The subscription period runs from November 30 to December 11, 2020, the subscription ratio is 51:5, i.e. 51 subscription rights entitle to subscribe five new registered shares.
Assuming that the capital increase is carried out in full, this results in a transaction volume of around 26.3 million. According to Novavest, the new shares are fully entitled to dividends for the entire 2020 financial year. (ah)
