SPG Intercity Zurich develops its own transaction portal
SPG Intercity Zurich has launched an online portal designed to make real estate transactions easier and more efficient in the future.
On the platform "transaktionsportal.spgintercity.ch", the real estate service provider presents investment properties, the details of which can be viewed by selected interested parties after registration.
In the protected part of the page, there is the possibility to sign legally valid confidentiality declarations and to gain access to the relevant information. Accordingly, users can navigate between representations of market, location, object and yield.
Prospective buyers will thus be able to pass through the phase from the examination of initial key data to the possible submission of an indicative offer even more quickly and easily, says Dr. Martin Greiner, Head Investment Advisory at SPG Intercity Zurich. In the view of Robert Hauri, CEO and co-owner, the company has reached an "important milestone in the digitalization of processes" with the transaction portal.
