AFIAA: Marco Böhi becomes a member of the Executive Board
Marco Böhi is moving from PwC Switzerland to AFIAA Real Estate Investment AG. According to the subsidiary of Avadis Vorsorge AG, Böhi will be appointed to AFIAA's Executive Board as of May 1, 2021.

Marco Böhi will become a member of the Executive Board of AFIAA Real Estate Investment AG as of May 1, 2021. In his new position, he will assume responsibility for the Portfolio Management division and, as head of mandate, for the Real Estate Switzerland investment groups of the Avadis Investment Foundation.
Böhi (42) comes from PwC Switzerland, where he has been working for six years: In 2014, he took over as head of real estate valuation and analysis within Real Estate Advisory, and since 2019 as director. During this time, he succeeded in substantially building up and expanding the area, so that today he is responsible for the valuation and analysis of real estate portfolios with a total value of around CHF 40 billion. Prior to that, he worked for Wüest Partner for around four years as a project-leading valuation expert.
Marco Böhi holds a degree in business administration from the University of Zurich and has completed further training in the real estate sector as a Swiss certified real estate trustee and MAS Real Estate UZH (CUREM). He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and the Chamber of Valuation Experts SVIT.
"I am very pleased that with Marco Böhi we have been able to win over a real estate specialist with many years of experience and an excellent track record. I am convinced that he will successfully drive our quality standards and growth strategy in the area of real estate Switzerland," says Ingo Bofinger, Head of Real Estate at Avadis. (bw)
