Terra Helvetica: Three acquisitions for new investment group
The Swiss residential investment group of the new Terra Helvetica investment foundation has so far invested CHF 26 million in three residential properties.

The Swiss residential investment group of the Terra Helvetica investment foundation, which was founded in spring 2020, raised around CHF 26 million in its first issue between May and July of this year. According to the investment foundation, the entire capital had been invested in three fully let residential properties in the cantons of St. Gallen and Bern by mid-December. The gross yield is estimated at an average of 4.40%.
According to Terra Helvetica, the properties would meet the high standard set for investments with a focus on "affordable housing".
In the coming years, the investment foundation intends to gradually expand the investment group's portfolio, with the aim of achieving growth of at least 60 million per year. Terra Helvetica has set a target range of 3% to 4% for the long-term return on investment, which is to be achieved primarily with the cash flow generated.
Admicasa Management AG acted as distribution partner for the first issue and will also be responsible for raising further investment capital. A second issue is currently planned with a call date at the end of February or beginning of March 2021. (ah)
