Lucerne: Forms will soon be compulsory in the canton

From November 1, 2021, landlords in the canton of Lucerne will have to disclose the previous rent and justify any increases when concluding a rental agreement. This is in response to the low number of vacant apartments in most Lucerne municipalities, according to the cantonal government.
