Since January 2021, Arag AG Lucerne and Schwyz and Svito AG in Schwyz have been part of Arlewo AG. The three owner-managed companies were previously active as independent real estate service providers in Central Switzerland - Arlewo since 1968, Arag since 1976 and Svito since 1985.

Arlewo AG is now, according to its own information, the largest independent real estate service provider in Central Switzerland in terms of personnel with around 140 employees and is represented at the locations Lucerne, Schwyz, Stans and Zug. The focus of its activities is real estate management, and the company also provides services in the areas of marketing, construction management, valuation, consulting and the development of real estate concepts, among others.

In order to make optimum use of synergies, the Board of Directors expanded the management team at the beginning of the year. The previous branch managers Silvan Arzethauser (Zug) and Stefan Leberzammer (Stans) joined the existing management - Luzia Bärtschi (Lucerne), Thomas Peter (co-owner, Lucerne) and Thomas Winiger (co-owner, Lucerne). Benjamin Blum (Lucerne), Silvio Camenzind (co-owner, Lucerne) and Claudio Züger (Lucerne) are new members of the management team.
