Lakeward appoints Head Transaction Management
Real estate investment boutique Lakeward Management has hired Henriette Bruhn Benassi as Head Transaction Management.
Henriette Bruhn Benassi has been responsible for the purchase and sale of real estate investments at Lakeward Management AG in Zurich since January.
For the past 15 years, the Danish native has worked in transaction management in Germany, according to a statement from the real estate company. Most recently, she spent five years at Warburg-HIH Invest Real Estate, where she was responsible for transactions in the areas of retail parks, residential and commercial properties, neighborhood developments and district centers, mainly for investment funds (special AIFs).
Lakeward Management launched the Lakeward Real Estate Fund - European Opportunities I real estate fund in the fourth quarter of 2020. Units in the fund's seed class are expected to be available for subscription until the end of March 2021, the company said. (ah)
