The Hirzenwiese, also called Högger-Wiese, is one of the largest contiguous land reserves in Uzwil. The Hirzenpark is being realized on the approximately 36,000 square meter area.

According to Uze AG, in the first construction phase, four buildings with different floor plans will be built in a horseshoe shape around a spacious park area with a playground, playground and publicly accessible paths. "The rental apartments with 1.5 to 5.5 rooms are aimed at all generations - from families and singles to couples and senior citizens," says Tobias Wagner, managing director of Uze AG.

From the end of 2023, the 136 rental apartments are to be ready for occupancy in a staggered manner. The first construction phase will start as soon as weather conditions permit. (bw)
