Fresh money for the Immo56
Procimmo's Immo56 fund raised CHF 54.4 million in its latest capital increase. The issue was significantly oversubscribed, Procimmo reports.
According to information from December 2020, Procimmo had expected an issue volume of around CHF 50 million for the capital increase for the fund Immobilier-CH pour Institutionnels 56j (Immo56), now the fund has raised 54.4 million.
The fund intends to use the fresh money to finance the development projects of the real estate portfolio and to reduce its leverage ratio.
The subscription period ran from January 11 to February 2, 2021, and the allocation and payment of the almost 360,000 new fund units took place on February 9. A total of around 2.33 million units are now in circulation among investors. (ah)
