GreySky Residential Properties buys in Laufen
The Basel-based real estate company GreySky Residential Properties has acquired two properties in the center of Laufen (BL).
According to GreySky Residential Properties AG, the properties are two residential and commercial properties with a total leasable area of approximately 3,520 sqm, located in the center of the municipality of Laufen. The purchase agreement was signed in December 2020, with closing and commencement taking place on February 1, 2021.
According to GreySky Residential Properties, the two properties are fully leased and generate an annual net cold rent of CHF 513,900 (IST). After the closing, the gross asset value will increase by CHF 10.20 million, the real estate company says. (ah)
