Wohlen: Start of construction for new Belano development
In Wohlen (AG), Belano Zuhause has started construction of the Ahorn apartment building. There will be 38 barrier-free apartments.
Belano Zuhause is developing and realising the new development on the site of the Vock turnery at Jurastrasse 10a in collaboration with Feldmann-Baumanagement AG on behalf of the buyer Profond Investment Foundation. There will be 38 age-appropriate apartments with 1.5 to 3.5 rooms, certified according to LEA Label Silver.
In line with the Belano Zuhause concept, the new building will have its own reception, which can be used to organise services such as Spitex care, apartment cleaning or meal deliveries. In addition, a cafeteria, a studio and a fitness room will be set up for communal use.
Belano Zuhause in Wohlen is centrally located in the community in the immediate vicinity of various retail shops and branches of the well-known major distributors as well as public transport. (ah)
