Implenia: Claudio Rudolf appointed Head of Real Estate Management

Implenia's Development Division has significantly expanded its service portfolio and now operates as the Real Estate Division. The aim is to position itself as a comprehensive real estate service provider in Switzerland and Germany and to further expand the real estate business. Claudio Rudolf, FRICS, has been appointed Head of Real Estate Management and will join the division's existing management team from 1 April 2021.

Claudio Rudolf, a qualified architect ETH/SIA and corporate real estate manager, has a postgraduate degree in business administration and RICS certification. His experience in real estate management includes many years as Head Acquisition & Sales in the Executive Board of Real Estate Asset Management at Credit Suisse and most recently as Partner and Head Real Estate Switzerland at the international auditing and consulting firm Ernst & Young. There he built up a consulting team in Zurich and Geneva in the areas of M&A, valuation and transformation/digitisation. (bw)
