CS REF Logisticsplus raises 185.5 million
The Credit Suisse Real Estate Fund Logisticsplus received new money of the maximum amount of CHF 185.5 million in its capital increase.
The proceeds from the issue will be used to expand and diversify the existing real estate portfolio, Credit Suisse says. CS REF Logisticsplus invests in logistics and logistics-related real estate in Switzerland.
According to Credit Suisse, 1.75 million new fund units were issued at a net issue price of CHF 106.00 per unit - a subscription rate of 100 percent. The new units will be paid up on March 19, 2021. Seven million fund units will be outstanding in the future; the net fund assets amount to 720.9 million.
