Ralph Siegle has been at the helm of Plazza AG since 2003; the company was initially a subsidiary of the Conzzeta industrial group and has been listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange since 2015. Of the company's three major projects, the one in Wallisellen has already been realized, while the planning for Crissier near Lausanne has been completed and is currently being implemented. The project in Regensdorf is in the planning phase, Plazza said.

After more than 30 years in the real estate industry, including more than 18 years at Plazza, the 62-year-old says it is "time to focus on other things as well." Among other things, he wants to focus more on consulting and mandates in the real estate sector.

The Board of Directors of Plazza has announced that it regrets Siegle's resignation and would like to thank him for his many years of dedicated and serious work in the management and further development of the company. Siegle will continue in his role as CEO until a successor has been appointed and will remain available for consultation as required. (ah)
