Allreal completes residential development in Zufikon
Allreal has built two apartment buildings with freehold flats in Zufikon (AG), which are now being handed over to the owners.
The residential development, built by Allreal between 2019 and 2021, is located Am Alten Züriweg in Zufikon and consists of two interconnected terrace houses with a total of 20 condominiums.
The apartments are one and two storeys high, each with 2.5 to 4.5 rooms, have large terraces and are directly accessible from a shared underground car park with a total of 30 parking spaces. According to Allreal, all the apartments were sold before completion in March this year and have been handed over to buyers in stages since mid-April.
The entire development on the 3,800 sqm plot was built to the Minergie-P standard. Heating and hot water are provided by a heat pump with geothermal probes. Part of the electricity is generated by the building's own photovoltaic system. In addition, each parking space in the underground garage is prepared for the installation of a charging station for electric vehicles.
Allreal developed, realised and marketed the project with an investment volume of around CHF 17 million. (ah)
