Bonainvest records profit increase
Bonainvest Holding increased key figures in the 2020 financial year. Net profit increased by 8% to CHF 7.5 million.

At Bonainvest Holding AG, completed projects, active portfolio and vacancy management, income from real estate developments and the realization of further superstructures had a positive impact last year. The portfolio value increased by 13.1% to 286.8 million CHF, and rental income increased by 13.7% to 10.3 million. Total assets increased to 428.6 million (+ 3.0%). The annual result increased from 6.9 million in the previous year to 7.5 million (+8.13%). The company puts the return on investment at 2.87%. The dividend is expected to increase to CHF 1.60 (previous year CHF 1.50).
In the past financial year, Bonainvest completed and fully leased, among other things, the "Am Baumgarten" development with three apartment buildings, and also completed the refurbishment of three further buildings on the former site of the St. Anna Foundation in Unterägeri. In Münchenbuchsee and in Langnau am Albis, construction began on the "Strahmhof" and "Langmoos" projects, and in Rudolfstetten-Friedlisberg Bonainvest acquired the land for the "Am Mühlebach" project.
The real estate company currently holds 1,000 apartments at 23 locations in Switzerland. Over the next four years, it plans to expand the portfolio by a further 500 apartments to a balance sheet total of around 600 million. The land required for this has already been acquired, and most developments are already under construction or about to be. (ah)
