Procimmo 56 raises 70 million
Procimmo Swiss Commercial Fund 56 has received CHF 70 million from its capital increase. The issue was significantly oversubscribed, says Procimmo.
According to the asset manager Procimmo, the additional financial resources will be used to reduce the debt financing ratio, to push ahead with existing construction projects and to enable real estate acquisitions.
During the subscription period from April 19 to 30, 2021, a total of around 594,000 new fund units were issued. Allotment and payment took place on May 7. This means that 2.97 million units of Procimmo Swiss Commercial Fund 56 are now in circulation with investors.
As of December 31, 2020, the real estate fund held 33 properties in the cantons of Vaud, Geneva, Fribourg, Jura, Neuchâtel and Valais. Total fund assets amounted to CHF 487.8 million. (ah)
